TURKEY - AFRICA BUSINESS FORUM

18 - 20 August 2008 / Istanbul

The Government of Turkey will hold "Turkey-Africa Cooperation Summit" in Istanbul, under the patronage of H.E. Abdullah Gül, with the participation of Heads of African States and Governments. On the occasion of the Summit, TOBB & DEIK will organize the "Turkey-Africa Business Forum" on 18-20 August 2008 in Istanbul with the support of the Turkish Prime Ministry Undersecreteriat of Foreign Trade (DTM).
Objectives : Turkey - Africa Business Forum :
  • Reinforcing the economic relations between African Countries and Turkey,
  • Introducing opportunities for cooperation,
  • Proposing alternative business prospects to diversify the economic relations between African Countries and Turkey,
  • Providing the appropriate environment for establishment of new business ties between African and Turkish business communities,
  • Forging stronger economic and commercial links between African Countries and Turkey.
